Do I qualify?
If you are a council tenant or were previously and are now a housing association tenant you will probably qualify.
You probably have the Right to Buy if you have been a secure tenant of one of the following for at least 5 years or if your tenancy started before the 18th January 2005:-
- A District Council
- A London Borough Council
- A non-charitable housing association or registered social landlord
- A Housing Action Trust
